Messaging (SMS) Policy

This Messaging Policy explains how SMS text messaging works on EZFixFlow, how you give consent to receive messages, and how to opt out. EZFixFlow provides software that lets independent appliance-repair businesses manage jobs and communicate with their customers by SMS.
What the opt-in looks like
This consent checkbox appears directly next to the “Submit Request” button on every repair business's public booking page. It is unchecked by default — the customer actively checks it to opt in to SMS.
01How you opt in (consent)
You give express consent to receive SMS messages when you submit a service request on a repair business's booking page hosted by EZFixFlow (for example: ezfixflow.com/site/your-business).
Directly next to the “Submit request” button, the form shows this notice: “By submitting, you agree that [Business] may contact you about your service request, including by SMS. Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. We never share or sell your mobile number or opt-in/consent data for third-party marketing.
02Types of messages you'll receive
Messages are transactional / customer-care only and relate to the service you requested — for example: request confirmations, technician assignment and ETA, appointment reminders, status updates, and invoice or payment links.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
03Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
04Opt out & help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

06Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
