Terms of Service

EZFixFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps appliance-repair businesses manage jobs, parts, customers, scheduling, invoicing, a public booking site and customer messaging.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions, including a free trial where indicated. After the trial, your selected plan and any add-ons (such as messaging) are billed through our payment provider, Stripe.

Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Your plan includes one dedicated business number with SMS and in-app calling for normal transactional use. Messaging and calls are intended for legitimate, account-related communication with your own customers. Excessive or abusive usage that significantly exceeds normal transactional volumes may be subject to additional charges or reasonable limits, with notice.

You agree not to misuse the service — including sending unlawful, fraudulent or unsolicited messages (spam), violating others’ rights, attempting to breach security, or sending messages without the recipient’s consent.

You own the business and customer data you put into the platform and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your customers before sending them SMS or email, and for complying with all applicable messaging, privacy and consumer-protection laws.

The service integrates with third parties such as Twilio, Stripe and Resend. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

We and our licensors own all rights in the platform, including its software, design and trademarks. These Terms grant you only a limited right to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZFixFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
